We enjoy building furniture and cabinetry in our free time for our own homes and extended family.
Optimum Energy Efficiency
You should always plan for and design energy efficiency as a core tenant of your new home. We build in a climate-controlled facility, which offers great advantages in energy efficiency. We are able to seal each wall and penetration much better than a typical home. Also, each wall in built with 2×6″ lumber, which gives you more space for insulation, therefore better r-value than the typical 2×4″ walls of typical construction. Besides physical structure, we provide levels of energy efficiency through monitoring (so you can see where/how you spend energy), efficient appliances (which consume most of your energy) and options to store/capture energy (via solar panels and onsite battery solutions).
Eco-friendly Building
This is another aspect that really sets us apart. The way that we build our custom homes, in a climate-controlled facility, allows us to become very efficient. Instead of using standard sized material, we order material as specific lengths, to minimize wastes. Those pieces of wood that are cut off are used somewhere else. We have excellent recycling programs that take the waste that we do have and reuse them in meaningful ways (e.g. scrap wood is used to make OSB plywood, scrap concrete used to make gravel, etc.).

Advancement in technology continues to make our lives easier and more convenient, so do our ways that we adapt such solutions in our home. Security and privacy are top issues to consider when planning for your automation design. Whatever your comfort level, we offer solutions from strategically-placed basic home assistants (like Google Home or Alexa) to integrated simple (to complex) automations (e.g. warm your house when you are driving home), to fully connected living solutions (that learn from you and adapt controls to your desires/needs/lifestyle).

Our talented team of designers will work with you to develop a design that expresses who you are as a family, and how you want to live in your home. Our architects will help you develop your custom home… or you can choose to alter an existing design. They will also help you style the exterior and interior look/feel of the home, anywhere from farmhouse to modern. Then our interior design team will help you choose all of your finishes… helping you create the home of your dreams, while keeping a close eye on the budget with you.
